SORRY TO AGAIN DISPLAY MY IGNORANCE, BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND YOUR ANSWER TO MY QUESTION IN THE FORUM. I SEE YOU HAVE A VIDEO ON “HOW TO POST A QUESTION”, BUT FOR SOME OF US IT MIGHT BE NECESSARY TO POST A VIDEO ON “HOW TO VIEW AN ANSWER”!
I KNOW YOU ARE PROUD OF YOUR WEBSITE, BUT I AM CHALLENGED TO UNDERSTAND HOW IT WOULD BE EASIER TO POST THE ANSWER IN THE FORUM RATHER THAN JUST GIVING ME THE ANWSER IN THE EMAIL TELLING ME TO GO TO THE FORUM.

Brent, you should be able to click in the link in my comment above to go directly to the post in the forum. We really want questions in the forum so that everyone can benefit. Others may have the same question, or have something to add by way of an answer.
Meanwhile:
A: You can’t actually set the daily distance you prefer, but you can accomplish the same thing by specifying the number of hours. On the Route menu, under Route options, I specify that we drive between the hours of noon and 4, roughly averaging 50 mph, I figure that gets us 200 miles in a day.
I am trying to find in the preferences or somewhere else the ability to set my preferred driving distance per day. Please advise where to be found.

Question re your Street & Trips training program- I am a heavy user and know most of the basic functions. I’m running version 2009.
Would you say that your training program goes to the “expert” level- things that most people wouldn’t know?
A good example of the thing I’m trying to learn is- I map all 1,500 of my customers. I would like to create pushpins by the type of products they buy from me.
The problem is that this changes frequently. Is there a way to change the type of pushpin one-at-a-time, (such as changing one or two pushpins from red to green when I need to) and if so, does your training cover that type of question?

There are all kinds of push pins. You can click on a push pin and change it any time.
You would need to have each pin designate a product befor you get stared so you know what you are doing.
