I am a new member to Geeks on Tour. For 2 days I have been trying to ask a question on “The Forum”……but I can’t seem to figure it out. Can you please give me some directions?
Sure! First, make sure you’re logged in, you should see your login status at the right of this screen at the top. Click on Forum up in the menu, then scroll down till you see the forum topics. Click on the forum topic appropriate to your question. The topic ‘Everything Else Forum’ is the catchall, if you don’t find a topic on point. Once you’ve selected a topic, you should see a link to ‘Add a New Topic.’ Click on that and you’ll get a screen where you can type a title, some text, and then ‘Post New Topic.’
That’s it. Notice the option to ‘Subscribe to this Topic’ that shoud be checked. It means that you will receive an email whenever a new response is posted.
Hi Chris,
I just did all that, but don’t see it posted. Just did a search under “new topics” and “new comments” that I posted and both show “no results”. Don’t understand what I’m doing wrong.

Well, what do I have to do to get the beginners Picasa to print out?
Since you are a Picasa eBook level member, when you log in, you should be taken directly to the Picasa eBook page. If not, just click on the menu at the top of this page for eBooks, then Picasa Beginner’s guide. Then, when you click on the link to View the Book – that opens the .pdf file for the book. You can now
1. Read the book on the screen
2. save the .pdf file to your computer by clicking on the second button on the button bar – a little disk icon “Click to Save this file to your computer”
3. Print the book – click on the first icon in the toolbar – a little printer icon
How about a tutorial on using a Droid?
I purchased your products in Perry @ FMCA…can you offer suggestions as to where to begin their use? I reside in The Villages, FL and am an active member off our RV club with some 300 members…if you plan to be in central FL, perhaps you can give us a presentation….
thanks
Dale
CAN’T find anything on MAC any plans HERE??
Larry,
Facebook, Blogger and Picasa all work just the same on Mac as on PC. We only have PCs right now – so all videos are recorded on them.
can I blame it on the medications?
My Picasa 3 is so slow I cannot work with my pictures I’ve had it a long time and it use to work fine before all the changes.
Please reply ASAP!
THANK YOU
Jean Ames
Please ask questions in the forum – we promise to respond there.
Not sure how it happened ,all of my photos have left Picasa!! However they are all in My Pictures. I hope there is a simple way to get them back into Picasa.
I expect your answer lies in Tools -> Folder Manager. Here’s the video: http://geeksontour.tv/2010/01/folder-manager/
