Ro,

Photo Story 3 has two main components.  You first create a Photo Story 3 project (.wp3 file) with your photos, narration, transitions, timings, and music.  You then render that project file into a (.wmv file) Windows movie.

We teach you to save your project regularly in our tutorial videos.  You can save and reopen the project file to make changes and edits as often as you wish, then render that into another finished movie.

Editing a finished movie requires a program like Windows Live Movie Maker, free from Microsoft.
