I have tried to watch several videos and they all stop at some point and will not start up again.  My internet connection is fine.  Each video has its own place that it stops and will not go beyond that point.  I tried with several browsers with the same result on my Windows 7 laptop and my Xoom tablet.  They always stop at the same point, regardless what device or browser I'm using.  What am I doing wrong?

When you're having problems watching the videos on this website:

Things to try:
1. reboot your computer (that will help if the problem is caused by something going on in your computer)
2. try another browser.  If you’re using Internet Explorer, try Chrome or Firefox.  If you’re using AOL, try internet Explorer … etc.  None of them are that much better than the others, but if one is having a problem, one of the others might not.
3. Try playing the videos that are in the numbered list rather than in the picasa Starter lessons.

4. Try the alternate link at the bottom of the individual videos – this will download the video to your computer, thus eliminating the the factor of the Internet connection – after it's done downloading.

If you think it must be a problem on our end, please give me the link to the page where you're having the problem.  Tell me the topic and lesson that isn't playing right and I'll check it out.

Thanks

I did find one problem on a video in the Picasa Starter Lessons – the 'Delete – Rename' one.  I fixed that and all looked good.  I am reviewing again.  Let me know what you experience.

The numbered videos worked perfectly. Thanks.
