As a new user upgraded to S&T 2010 1/2 I have 2 questions.

1.    Is it posable to reverse the mouse buttons so a single left hold will allow drawing a box for enlarging an area and the right button or both buttons will alow moving the map?  On older versions this was done by icons at the top of the screen.

2.     Is there a way to get the back and forward arrows available on the screen?  I am used to using the back arrow after looking at an enlarged area so I have the original map I was working with.

Roger,

The user interface changed pretty radically with the 2010 version and into the 2011 version.  The options you are looking for are gone to the best of my knowledge.

You can use the view menu to get some of the effects you want.  Switching the buttons function was eliminated because it caused too much confusion.

I am told many of the changes were made at the request of users and to conform more with other MS products.
