OfflineI have listened to your video again but having trouble transferring S/T stops to the Nuvi 660 (which I have done before). I have Windows 7 with S/T 2011 GPS version. I click on the route and it changes color but when I right click I don't get "send route to GPS device". All I get is "Zoom to", "Find nearby places", and "Clear route". Is it because I now have the GPS version that my 2010 didn't have? Thanks.

OfflineFrank,
Give this a try.
On the menu bar, select Data>Export to GPX
Save that file on your desktop.
Connect your Nuvi to your computer and using POI Loader (From the Garmin website), import the gpx file to your Nuvi.

OfflineOkay, my bad. Try this instead.
Open the Garmin as a drive on your system. Go to the Garmin folder and in there you will find a GPX folder. Drag your .gpx file to there and then disconnect your Garmin from your computer, using the Safely Remove Hardware and Media process. When you boot up the Garmin, goto "My Data" and select "Import Route from File". Select the file from the displayed list and Import. Now you can find your route in "Custom Routes".
Hope that works for you.
Microsoft removed the "send to GPS" in the 2010 version and replaced it with "Export to GPX" in the newest version. The video was made with the 2010 version. A new video is in the works, and we will post it on the site. Sorry for the confusion. Not all devices work the same way and keeping up with new versions is a challenge.
The GPX format is used by Garmin and some others. Translators are available to convert to other file formats. You already mentioned the POI-factory. Check out LaptopGPSworld.com for more information.
